About Dr. Ramsey:
Kelly S. Ramsey, MD graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2003 and from the School of Graduate Studies with an MA in Bioethics in 2004. She finished her residency in Social Internal Medicine from Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. She also has an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, and a BSFS in International Politics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She is an Internal Medicine physician with a focus on HIV, HCV, and substance use disorder (including Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder) at HRHCare since 2011. She provides expert advice for the NYSDOH AIDS Institute, serving on multiple committees, and is a board of directors member of the New York Society of Addiction Medicine (NYSAM).
