About Ms. Flanigan:
Colleen Flanigan currently serves as the Director of the Bureau of Hepatitis Health Care at the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute.  Ms. Flanigan has been involved in hepatitis C-related work for the past 16 years. She is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of public health programs and policies related to hepatitis C. Ms. Flanigan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Nursing.
