About Dr. Manning:
Philip Manning is Senior Director of Pharmacy at The Mount Sinai Health System, and has had director level responsibilities there since November 2005. In this role, he is responsible for managing and directing all of the pharmaceutical care services at one hospital site and system-wide responsibility for the 340B program. Philip has been the pharmacy director at various hospitals in the NYC area for over 28 years. He holds Pharmacy degrees from both Saint John’s University and The A&M Schwartz College of Pharmacy.
